Payment Terms
Monthly payments of {membership_fees} are due on or before the due date.

Cancellation
For 1-year contracts, a cancellation fee of $150 per member applies unless canceled for medical reasons or special circumstances approved by the Gym.
Military members are exempt from cancellation fees.
Membership renews monthly unless canceled in writing {notice_period_days} days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to {gym_email_address} or submitted in person.
Outstanding balances must be paid upon cancellation.

Missed Payments
Membership access will be suspended if payments are overdue by {overdue_days_suspension} days.
Accounts overdue by more than {overdue_days_collections} days may be sent to collections, with fees added to the balance.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except for approved medical or special circumstances.
